Education and Experience

• Should have minimum 5+ years of experience in Loan Segment with team management abilities. • Should able to develop the business in targeted area with the use of skills, strategies and experience. • Should able for recruitment as per the requirement and able to provide Training. • Should able to manage huge team of multi locations for business development. • Should have good knowledge of Credit & Collections. • Required strong market rapport. • Should have experience or knowledge about other loan products such as Tractor Finance, Two Wheeler Finance, Housing Finance, SME Finance, Term Loan etc.

Job Description

  • Business Planning & development i.e. Tie-up with Dealers, DSAs & Brokers. 
  • Maintaining the Profitability of Business, Achievement of the Business Targets. 
  • Maintains the relationship with our clients, Dealers and DSAs. 
  • Formulate various sales strategies to assure achievement of agreed-to volume, market share and profit objectives.
  • Implement sales promotional activities as per the company norms, ensuring increment of sales in terms of volume and value.
  • Analysis of market trends and competition for providing valuable inputs for product enhancement. 
  • Leading, motivating and managing the team to ensure the efficient distribution of the product in the market. 
  • To ensure the availability and awareness of all product of company in every potential area of the market. 
  • Conduct retail activities to increase brand visibility and increase customer contact points.
